Bethenny Frankel Not Being Allowed To Take Daughter On Business Trip To Australia

Bethenny Frankel isn't being allowed to take her 2-year-old daughter, Bryn, on an upcoming business trip to Australia because her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy, won't let her, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
"Jason won't let Bethenny take Bryn to Australia. He doesn't think it's good for their little girl to travel half way around the world with her mom on a business trip. How much time will Bethenny actually be able to spend with Bryn because it's definitely a working trip? It's causing nothing but more stress to the divorce proceedings, which have turned extremely hostile. Bethenny's lawyers are considering going to court to see if they can get a judge to sign off on her taking Bryn to Australia," a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
The former reality TV star and the pharmaceutical sales executive have both filed for primary custody of their young daughter, and it seems neither is willing to back down on the matter without an epic fight.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, despite the now-warring spouses drawing up an ironclad prenup before heading down the aisle in March of 2010, Jason plans to fight hard for a chunk of the mega millions Bethenny accumulated during their time together – something he adamantly believes he is entitled to.
The reason Bethenny filed for sole custody is because "Jason wasn't letting her take Bryn on trips. Jason didn't oppose Bethenny taking Bryn to Aspen during the Christmas holiday, but after that trip things went downhill quickly. Bethenny told Jason about her plans to take Bryn to Australia, and he immediately voiced his disapproval. No one says no to Bethenny, it's just not a word she is accustomed to hearing. She could see that Jason was going to stand in the way going forward, and this is the reason why she wants sole custody. She doesn't want a battle every time she goes on a trip," the insider told us.
