Adele to Perform at the Oscars!

Fresh off her win at the Golden Globes, Adele is set to perform her smash hit song Skyfall at the 2013 Academy Awards, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
The producers of the Academy Awards announced Wednesday that the British songbird -- and protective new mom -- will perform her James Bond inspired song at the Oscars.
"It's an honour to be nominated and terrifyingly wonderful to be singing in front of people who have captured my imagination over and over again," Adele said in a press release. "It's something I've never experienced and probably only ever will once!"
Adele, 24, is nominated for her first Oscar in the Best Original Song category for Skyfall, which she co-wrote with Paul Epworth.
Adele’s highly-anticipated performance at the Oscars will mark be her first TV performance in the U.S. since her performance at the Grammys last year.
"We have enormous respect for Adele's unique artistry as a songwriter and a singer," said Oscars producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron.

The 2013 Academy Awards will be broadcast live on ABC on Sunday, February 24 starting at 4 p.m. PT/7 p.m. ET.
