Halle Berry and her custody battling baby daddy ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry were back in court yet again on Monday - but this time it's merely to settle attorney fees, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The pair is currently behind closed doors together in a secret closed session at the Los Angeles courthouse thrashing out the financial aspects of their ongoing custody war, which culminated in a brutal Thanksgiving brawl between the 36-year-old Canadian model and Halle's French-born fiance Olivier Martinez.
As previously reported, Aubry and Berry, 46, managed to hash out a confidential agreement two weeks ago "that included specific language about how none of the parties - Halle, Gabe or Olivier - would pursue criminal charges against the other. All sides managed to agree to satisfactory terms with the focus being on ending the mayhem for the sake of Halle and Gabriel's daughter Nahla," a source close to the situation revealed.
As RadarOnline.com was first to report, Aubry dropped his plan to make the temporary restraining order he got against Martinez in the aftermath of the fight, permanent.
"Gabe suffered horrific injuries from the fight, but as part of the settlement he reached with Halle on Thursday he agreed to drop the bid for the permanent restraining order against Martinez," a source previously told RadarOnline.com. "Gabe feels that there are enough layers of protection in the settlement agreement that will protect him and Nahla."
