A party can never just be a party when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are involved.

In our sneak peek of Monday night's episode, Brandi Glanville freaks out when she believes Taylor Armstrong is ignoring her at a lavish garden party.

In her heart-shaped Lolita-like red sunglasses, Brandi speaks of her outrage at the perceived slight.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Brandi was rushed to the hospital by ambulance Thursday night.

She was released the next day, but is still recovering from an unspecified infection.

"Maybe I should stay sick because I keep getting beautiful flowers! Thank you @Bravotv," she tweeted Saturday.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Monday 9/8c on Bravo.
