Dr. Phil: 'World's Fattest Bride' Keeps Gaining Weight, Fiance Sabotaging Diet

Dr. Phil McGraw updated Entertainment Tonight viewers Thursday on the progress of Susanne Eman, the 33-year-old Arizona woman who's said she wants to balloon up to 1,200 pounds in a bid to become the world's heaviest woman.
"It's hard to shock me," the TV doc said, noting how Eman had stated she wanted to get up to 800 lbs. for her wedding and 1,200 by her early 40s, despite the obvious health risks associated with said gains.
Dr. Phil said that one time he weighed Eman on a freight scale, "She was 600 pounds and it broke her heart" she wasn't heavier.
Dr. Phil said that recent efforts to help Eman slim down to a healthier size have been thwarted by her chef fiance Parker Clack, who "doesn't want her to lose the weight," going as far as to sneak his future bride "contraband" to keep her tipping the scales at the heaviest weight possible.
Eman has previously said her obese frame makes her feel sexy and more attractive to her fiance.
"It's a perfect pairing," she said. "I still want to be the fattest woman in the world and Parker is fine with that … being this fat has given me a feeling of total freedom and not only self acceptance but confidence."
Dr. Phil's full update with Eman airs later this month.
