AWKWARD! Katy Perry & Dad Attend Same Lakers Game As Ex Russell Brand
Oct. 30 2012, Published 1:00 p.m. ET
Who doesn’t dread bumping into their ex? Now, imagine if cameras were there to capture it for all the world to see!
Katy Perry, accompanied by her preacher dad Keith Hudson, attended the Los Angeles Lakers game against the Dallas Mavericks at the Staples Center on Tuesday night and guess who else was there -- yes, her ex-hubby Russell Brand!
The 'Teenage Dream' singer, 28, looked stunning in a violet leopard skin print dress, while the British funnyman, 37, kept it super casual in skinny jeans, a grey shirt and black vest with lots of shabby chic jewelry to top off his look.
Katy seemed to be having a great time with her dad as she was photographed cheering and whooping the Lakers on, and she even enjoyed a cold glass of beer, while Brand sat next to two boys.
Perry and Brand -- whose divorce was finalized in July after 14-months of marriage -- sat on opposite sides of the court and did not have any interaction.
At one break in the game, Brand was spotted chatting with soccer hunk David Beckham who was sitting next to The Voice coach and Maroon 5 front-man Adam Levine.
