The rapper ex-girlfriend of the late Notorious B.I.G. hit Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week over the weekend, showing off the results of several botched plastic surgery procedures and RadarOnline.com has the shocking photos.

With her fuller than usual looking face framed by hairspray-frozen platinum blonde locks, the sassy singer definitely grabbed attentionfrom the front row of the Nina Skarra Spring 2013 show.

As for her fashion disaster of an ensemble, she flaunted her fake boobs by wearing a tight silk vest over a button-down blouse with a clinging skirt.
