Christina Aguilera is famously estranged from her father, but as she considers making amends with him, she is also not speaking to her dying grandparents, and her family is hoping she can put aside hard feelings before it is too late.
The singer's uncle Johann Aguilera exclusively told the new issue of Star magazine that her paternal grandparents are gravely ill and want to see their granddaughter before they die.
“Christina’s grandfather is 86 and her grandmother is 82. They have health issues,” Johann said.
“I don’t know how much longer they’re going to last. Time is running out.”
X-tina’s uncle said she needs to put aside old feuds, especially for the sake of her 4-year-old son Max.
“I know how much joy it would give my parents if she came back into our lives again,” he said about The Voice judge.
