Following a tumultuous period in her personal life and explosive confrontations with her co-stars, Teresa Giudice finally has something to celebrate with the phenomenal success of her latest cookbook.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s collection of culinary creations only hit shelves on May 8 but already it is a hit with healthy eating fanatics looking for delicious Italian favorites without the guilt.
“I am thrilled with the launch of Fabulicious!: Fast & Fit, 1100 people showed up to my book signing last weekend and almost 700 to my signing last night!” Giudice told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
"Sales are amazing, it is the number one low fat cookbook on Amazon.com and I am very excited,” she gushed.
Packed with 60 wholesome recipes and tips such as how to play up veggies and cook grilled meat, Teresa proves that you can like skinny jeans and spaghetti at the same time.

Fabulicious!: Fast & Fit is the third cookbook penned by the reality star, with predecessors Skinny Italian and Fabulicious both being New York Times bestsellers.
When RadarOnline.com asked Teresa about the drama happening on her show, she said, "one thing that my co-stars and I all have in common is that we all love our families and that is what I am focused on."
However, family has been the source of her most recent strife as the tension between Teresa her brother Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa reached boiling point and Sunday’s episode of the show, resulting in a knock-out drag-out war of words at a pool party hosted by fellow housewife Kathy Wakile.
