Former X Factor contestant Stacy Francis is releasing her first single since her stint on the hit Fox show and only RadarOnline.com has your exclusive first listen!
The 43-year-old diva remixed Prince's hit Purple Rain, and it was produced by 1500 or Nothin' -- who recorded the Bruno Mars hit Grenade and Cee Lo Green's chart-topper F**k You.
"Purple Rain is without a doubt one of the greatest classics in music industry. I first performed this song on The X Factor and thousands of fans requested that I record the full version. The song has so much meaning to me. It is so powerful and so moving. I am beyond thrilled for my solo debut," Stacy told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
"I can't give too much away but the music video will be released in a groundbreaking and innovative way that has never been seen in history in that platform ever."
Stacy also tells RadarOnline.com that along with her upcoming album, she might also have a reality-TV show in the works.
"It is such an exiting time for me," Stacy said.
Stacy's Purple Rain debut hits iTunes on May 29.
