Only a handful of Hollywood’s hottest stars were on the red carpet of the 2012 Academy Awards, but they all showed up to the after-parties!

From Jennifer Lopez and Emma Stone’s outfit changes to Katie Holmes and Kate Hudson’s one-and-only, RadarOnline.com has photos of the best & worst dressed stars at all the viewing and after-parties in Hollywood!

We may not have found Jennifer Lopez’s red carpet gown to be Oscar worthy, but the divalicious star definitely made up for her fashion faux pas – and possible nip slip – at the Vanity Fair bash!  Showing off her assets in a glam-to-the-max plunging Zuhair Murad Couture gown, the American Idol judge accessorized her dark and dangerous dress with her boytoy Casper Smart!

Other best dressed babes at Vanity Fair included Victoria Beckham in a dress from her own collection, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Antonio Berardi, Olivia Wilde in Gucci and Emma Stone in Chanel.

Over at Elton John’s AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party, Katy Perry’s Smurf style hair distracted from her Blumarine gown, while Mena Suvari’s Romona Keveza dress looked like it was constructed out of toilet paper.

Miley Cyrus hit both bashes, dressed in a glam Roberto Cavalli getup, while Vanessa Hudgens looked smoking hot in Georges Chakra and Selena Gomez sizzled in Dolce & Gabbana.
