New Year, new legal problems for Lindsay Lohan as the IRS and a paparazzo have filed lawsuits against the actress, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

The IRS filed a tax lien against the Mean Girls star for not paying federal taxes in the amount of $93k in 2009.

Grigor Baylan, a paparazzo, filed a lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan, Paola Demara and Tri Star Sports Entertainment, claiming he was injured when a car that the actress was riding in, hit him. Lindsay was a passenger in the car that made a speedy getaway from a club on January 10, 2010.

The court docs state: "On or about January 10, 2010, Baylan was struck by the vehicle driven by defendant as he was taking photographs of a celebrity inside the vehicle."

The photographer states that he has suffered damages in the amount of at least 25k.

Steve Honig, Lohan's rep told RadarOnline.com: "Lindsay's personal finances are her business and no one else's."
