Griffin O'Neal Arrested On NYE For Domestic Battery

Griffin O'Neal was arrested on New Year's Eve is San Diego, Calif. on charges of domestic battery, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The 47-year-old son of actor Ryan O'Neal was booked at 6:23 p.m. on Saturday and is being held at the San Diego Central Jail on $10,000 bail.
According to the report obtained by RadarOnline.com, Griffin's domestic battery charge is a misdemeanor and he has an arraignment on Thursday.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Griffin was hospitalized in August after he was involved in a head-on car crash, for which he was later found to be under the influence of drugs.
Griffin plead not guilty in October to the six felony and misdemeanor counts, including driving under the influence causing injury, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a controlled substance.
