Charlie Sheen’s trouble prone ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, is doing “very well” in rehab as she continues battling her addiction to alcohol and crack cocaine, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Mueller's upcoming arraignment on cocaine possession charges, will likely be continued again, as the mother of two is still undergoing treatment.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Mueller was arrested on December 2 after allegedly assaulting a woman in an Aspen nightclub. Cops claim they found Mueller with cocaine in her possession.
This would be the second postponement of the arraignment, which is still currently on the calendar for Monday, January 23, but sources close to the situation tell RadarOnline.com to expect it to be rescheduled.
"Brooke's lawyer will likely ask for the arraignment to be taken off calendar because she is still in rehab,” the insider tells RadarOnline.com. “Her lawyer would like for Brooke to be out of rehab when she next has to appear on court, so the District Attorney and the judge has a full report on her recovery. Brooke is doing very well in rehab, this is the first time she has been in a residential treatment program, and it's been a very positive experience for her so far. Brooke will be at the facility for approximately 35-45 days in total.”

Despite the DA’s previous statement that no plea deal has yet been reached in the case, it's expected that there will be one reached eventually.
"The fact that Brooke went to rehab on her own, and took responsibility for her actions will show the Court that she is taking this very seriously, and she is hopeful that a plea bargain will be made," the source says.
