Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries looked as if they would hold the record for shortest marriage of 2011, lasting just 72 days before the reality star filed for divorce, but no one counted on Sinead O’Connor ending her marriage to Barry Herridge after only 18 days!
Summer started off so promising for Kim after she wed her NBA hunk in a star studded spectacular TV special that was broadcast on the E! Network. But, fast forward two-and-a-half months later and Kim “blindsided” Kris by filing for divorce.
Nothing compares to Sinead though! The 45-year-old mother-of-four endured a whirlwind marriage to Herridge that began December 8 in Las Vegas and ended with an announcement on her website on December 26. O'Connor glumly wrote that “within 3 hours of the ceremony being over, the marriage was kyboshed by the behavior of certain people in my husband's life.” The singer was previously married to music producer John Reynolds in 1989, journalist Nicholas Sommerlad in 2001 and musician Steve Cooney in 2010.
It was undoubtedly the wedding of the year. Great Britain’s Prince William walked down the aisle with Kate Middleton in a breathtaking ceremony that was broadcast around the world. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the nuptials cost an estimated $34 million.
Reese Witherspoon and uber agent Jim Toth said their “I dos” at the actress’ Ojai ranch in March in a strictly A-list ceremony. Tobey Maguire, Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan, Renee Zellweger, Colin Hanks, Salma Hayek, Conan O'Brien, Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher, Sean Penn and Scarlett Johansson, Alyssa Milano and her CAA agent husband David Buglian all attended, as previously reported by RadarOnline.com.
LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian went from scandalous to wedded bliss when they made their relationship official by marrying in an intimate ceremony in Malibu on April 22. LeAnn, 29, and Eddie, 38, met while filming a Lifetime original movie, Northern Lights, when they were both married to other people. The Country superstar was married to Dean Sheremet at the time, while Eddie was still with his wife Brandi Glanville, who’s now gained fame on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Nick Lachey was handsome in a Dolce & Gabanna suit.
RadarOnline.com was first to report that Lisa Vanderpump’s daughter, Pandora, was marrying her fiancé Jason Sabo. The young couple wed on August 27, in a lavish ceremony at her parents Beverly Hills estate. About 275 guests, including the Vanderpump's dog in his own tux, were on hand for the ceremony. Celebs on scene included Janet Jackson and Star Jones. Fellow Housewife star Taylor Armstrong, whose husband Russell committed suicide just weeks earlier, did not attend.
Another wedding made in reality TV heaven, was that of Kim Zolciak and Troy Biermann. The Real Housewife star married her NFL fiancé on November 11 in a $58,000 wedding dress.
