Just 24 hours after Judge Stephanie Sautner sternly warned Lindsay Lohan to "go back to community service, and your life will be in order," RadarOnline.com found the troubled actress at a P.R. event at the beach!

Lindsay was the star attraction at the Oakley Learn to Ride Surf Fueled By Muscle Milk event on the sand an hour south of L.A. in Dana Point, Calif.

Lohan was in court Thursday for a scheduled hearing on how she's meeting the conditions of her probation.

Not well, was how Judge Sautner saw it.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the no nonsense judge noted that Lindsay has only completed 33 hours of her ordered 480 hours of community service.

She's only attended one of her four required sessions in a shoplifting course, and she hasn't even begun her ordered psychological counseling.

Judge Sautner warned that she won't accept "any excuses" for Lindsay not completing all her probation requirements on time. That includes, the judge said, being "on the set of the John Gotti movie," and, we assume, going to a surf event at the beach.
