Britney Spears is giving back  -- and looking great.

The Southern belle pop star, a mother-of-two, showed off her tanned and toned figure  in a form fitting  Herve Leger by Max Azria dress  for her hosting gig at the Southern Style St. Bernard Project in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

In a rare red carpet appearance together,  the 29-year-old Toxic singer was accompanied by her agent beau Jason Trawick, 39, topped off her sexy ensemble with a ring and Geraldo Jewellery earrings.

"The St. Bernard Project is an incredible organization whose main focus is rebuilding Louisiana," Spears said at the event. "I am so honored to be a part of this cause. Louisiana will always be a part of my soul."

Other celebs who attended the event included Kim Kardashian, Reggie Bush, Kellan Lutz, Kelly Osbourne, Hilary Duff, Selena Gomez, and 90210's Shenae Grimes.

The St. Bernard Project helps rebuild the lives and homes of  the victims of Hurricane Katrina.  If you'd like to donate, text BRITNEY to UNITED(864833) to  contribute $10 to the St. Bernard Project.
