The Superior Court of the State of California for Los Angeles has officially charged Mel Gibson with battery against his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, and RadarOnline.com has the document.
The misdemeanor complaint details: "On or about January 6, 2010, in the County of Los Angeles, the crime of BATTERY, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 243(e)(1), a Misdemeanor, was committed by MEL GIBSON, who did willfully and unlawfully use force and violence upon the person of OKSANA G., a person CHILD'S PARENT."
