Billy Ray Cyrus has officially filed an order of dismissal to put a stop to his pending divorce with wife Tish Cyrus, and RadarOnline.com has learned he’ll be footing the bill.

The order of dismissal was filed March 11 in Tennessee, just five months after the couple originally filed for divorce.

“The Plaintiff does hereby take a voluntary nonsuit in this case as the parties are attempting a reconciliation and the same shall hereby be dismissed without prejudice,” the papers read.

“Costs shall be taxed to plaintiff.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Billy Ray blamed daughter Miley’s hit Disney show Hannah Montana for breaking their family apart – later clarifying his statement that it was “the fame,” not the television show.

In a pre-taped interview, Billy Ray appears on The View Friday morning where he shares that he and Miley are back on track and have repaired their relationship.

"I feel like I kind of got my Miley back in a way. I feel like we are the daddy and the daughter that we were before Hannah Montana happened,” Billy Ray said.

“Our communication, we have laughed a lot in the last couple of days."
