Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend was snapped with the daughter at the centre of the couple's custody battle on Thursday -- and RadarOnline.com has all the photos.
As we reported, a judge re-affirmed Gabriel Aubry's visitation rights to two-year-old Nahla on Wednesday and allowed Halle to travel to New York to film a new movie.
But before then, dad and daughter went to a zoo in Los Angeles and enjoyed some quality time together during what is undoubtedly a tough time.
