The 48-year-old Ghost star sported a bikini bod women half her age would envy, while her 33-year-old prankster hubby wore black trunks and carried a book called The Youth Pill: Scientists at the Brink of an Anti-Aging Revolution.
Apparently, the paradise-like surroundings have finally distracted the Twitter-happy couple from updating their pages, as Demi hasn’t Tweeted in a week, while Ashton only updated his page once in the past 24 hours.
