Bieber Fever is about to spread to a major shopping complex!
The teen phenomenon is in negotiations to open a clothing store at The Grove, a posh outdoor shopping center in Los Angeles, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The same people behind the concept for the Kardashians' new Las Vegas store, Khaos, are helping the tween heartthrob with his concept and plans include incorporating celebrity candy, like Justin Bieber lollipops.
"They want to have everything Justin Bieber," one insider said.
Other Bieber merchandise that has been discussed include sneakers, skateboards and toys.
"They are also trying to find other Island Def Jam artists to be the face of some candy as well," said the source.
Sadly, however, no other cities for the Bieber stores are in consideration -- just yet.

They were originally hoping to open the store in early 2011, but it may not happen until the end of the year.
