PHOTOS: Cher Finds Herself In 'Sticky Situation' At Burlesque Premiere

Cher may have abandoned plastic surgery for some old fashioned tape to keep herself looking youthful.

The eternally youthful looking 64-year-old superstar hit the red carpet in London Monday for the UK premiere of the Golden Globe nominated film Burlesque with the tape visible on her jaw-line just below her bright orange wig.

A top Hollywood stylist tells us that it's most likely tape you get from a cosmetic surgeon that pulls your skin tight under your hairline.

Despite the face faux pas, the famous diva looked impressive sporting a revealing Julien McDonald nude and black gown which she teamed with towering black high heels.

In fact, Cher managed to outshine her much younger co-stars Christina Aguilera and Kristen Bell on the red carpet for her new movie.

While Cher flaunted her figure Aguilera -- who play’s naïve Ali -- went for a more traditional low-cut black dress with ruched waistline, a fur stole, plus Christian Louboutin heels.

Kristin Bell -- who plays the villainous Nikki in the movie -- sported a white floral shift dress for the premiere.

The stunning ladies were joined by handsome Cam Gigandet who plays Jack,  as well as by the movie’s director Steve Antin.

In Burlesque,  Cher is appropriately cast as lounge owner Tess who shows Christina Aguilera’s character what it takes to become famous.

And Aguilera – who recently divorced her husband Jordan Bratman – admitted that she has been taking advice from Cher about her personal life since the famous pair started working on the movie together.
