EXCLUSIVE: New York Cops Want Charlie Sheen's Aspen Criminal File
Dec. 6 2010, Published 4:57 a.m. ET
The NYPD wants access to the Charlie Sheen's criminal file from Aspen, Colorado, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
"The NYPD will be taking the appropriate measures to gain access to Charlie Sheen's criminal file in Aspen. Charlie was still on probation when he allegedly assaulted Capri Anderson," a source tells RadarOnline.com.
The police want to check for similarities between the two incidents.
Anderson, whose real name is Christina Walsh, filed a criminal complaint against the Two and Half Men star, claiming he held her against her will when he went berserk in a New York hotel room. The incident led to Sheen filing a lawsuit against Walsh for extortion and claiming she stole his $165,000 watch and that she works as a prostitute in addition to being a porn star.
The NYPD wants to look at the Aspen file because Sheen's estranged wife, Brooke Mueller has refused to meet with them.

"Brooke won't speak to the NYPD. She feels the Aspen incident is over, and that it was dealt with properly. Brooke has nothing to add to the investigation," a source told RadarOnline.com.
The NYPD investigation should "be wrapped up by the end of the year," one source told us.
