Jack Jordan violated an order of protection when he called the star's Manhattan office October 29 wanting to know where she was, according to the NY Post.

He'd called her personal cell phone as well, according to authorities, telling her assistant that Thurman's current beau, Swiss businessman Arpad Busson, was "not good enough" for her.

Jordan went ballistic during a subsequent extradition hearing held in Maryland, and is tentatively being held for observation for 30 days.
