Snooki said she got her nickname because she was "loud and obnoxious" during her days in middle school, when a pal gave her the moniker modeled after Vince Green's character from the 2001 film Save The Last Dance.

Asked by Letterman if the bed-hopping depicted on the show is accurate, Snooki said "Of course!"

"Its MVP-- Mike, Vinny and Paulie," she said. "And their mission when they go out to the club is to get it in and smash, with one girl or multiple girls."

Snooki, 22, said she thinks her castmate Vinny Guadagnino is hot, and admitted to having a "friends with benefits" arrangement with him.

Snooki has previously dated beefcakes like Jeff Miranda and bodybuilder Emilio Masella. She said she's looking for a man with more brains than brawn the next time around.
