As if Sarah Palin doesn’t have enough controversy swirling around her, now she’s entangled herself in Dr. Laura Schlessinger’s recent brush with the media. RadarOnline.com discovered a message Palin left via Twitter voicing her support for Schlessinger after receiving backlash from the public for repeatedly used the N-word on her radio show while discussing race with a caller.

“Dr. Laura: don’t retreat…reload!” Palin wrote on Wednesday. “Steps aside bc her 1st Amend.rights ceased 2exist thx 2activists trying 2silence ‘isn’t American, not fair.’”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Schlessinger announced Tuesday while on Larry King Live that she will no longer be doing her radio show.

When a listener called into Schlessinger’s show on August 10 to discuss her experiences as a black woman and the perceived racial slights she experiences, she asked Schlessinger if it was alright to use the N-word.

"Black guys use it all the time. Turn on HBO, listen to a black comic, and all you hear is n-----r, n-----r, n-----r. I don't get it,” Schlessinger told the listener. “If anybody without enough melanin says it, it's a horrible thing. But when black people say it, is affectionate – it’s very confusing."
