Jersey Shore's Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi entered a plea of not guilty through her attorney in a New Jersey court Wednesday afternoon, RadarOnline.com has learned, in connection with her arrest last month in Seaside Heights.

Snooki - who did not attend Wednesday's court hearing - was arrested July 30 after police reportedly saw her drinking in public. The Seaside Heights Police Department took Snooki into custody and served her with citations for disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance.  Mr. Raya issued a not guilty plea on both charges.  He also issued a not guilty plea in response to a municipal ordinance violation of annoying people on the beach.

At the time of her arrest, sources said she was drinking a concoction made with Patron, a popular brand of Tequila.

Early Wednesday, Snooki didn't seemed too bothered by the pending hearing, as she was seen living it up wither her pals at a bar on the shore, before walking home at 3:30 a.m. with cast mate Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola.
