Blair Berk, Mel Gibson’s criminal defense attorney, met with Deputy District Attorney John Lynch on Friday afternoon, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Lynch and Berk met at the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles- the branch of the Los Angeles Superior Court which Lynch is the head D.A. of- to discuss Gibson’s case.

Though the Sheriff’s Department has yet to turn the case over, the district attorney’s office is "very actively involved with the investigation" a source told RadarOnline.com.
