Yolanda Foster on Sunday posted a touching photo of her 15-year-old son Anwar Hadid carrying her though a doorway, as she continues fighting the crippling Lyme disease.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, weakened after a three-year fight with the debilitating ailment, captioned the photo, "Thank you for sharing your compassioned heart and carrying me through these darkest days of my life @anwarhadid #MissingYouAlready #FamilySuport #MyHealthJourney."

The Dutch beauty this month has been putting her efforts toward spreading awareness of the disease. The 51-year-old reality star's prompted Bravo co-stars Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna, as well as other famous pals such as William Shatner and Erin Andrews, to post images of themselves biting into limes, in a social media effort akin to last summer's Ice Bucket Challenge.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Yolanda -- who's counseled rocker Avril Lavigne as she battles the mysterious ailment -- was unable to complete filming of her show's reunion specials that aired earlier this month.
