Yolanda Foster was diagnosed with a very serious case of Lyme disease and soon found herself in the hospital undergoing treatment. But it hasn't stopped her from feeling strong. The former model shared this photo on Instagram, captioned: "Some people are made when they are broken."
The reality star also found comfort in "true friends," snuggling up to her dog for National Puppy Day.
Foster's treatment seems to be going well. The blonde beauty assured followers that she "made it out of bed, took a bath, washed her hair, and shaved her legs" all on her own!
"This is a very, very serious disease, and Yolanda has been such a trooper dealing with it," a source shared. "The problem with Yolanda's diagnosis of Lyme disease was that it was so advanced by the time she was finally diagnosed."
By early February, the Dutch native was reportedly having "trouble just forming sentences."
With health struggles waging on, Foster's participation in the upcoming RHOBH reunion would therefore be limited.
Yolanda's husband, David Foster, has shared his support for the reality star throughout the process, making it a little easier for her to get through it.
"I mean she's a warrior," he said. "She's a warrior so she's going to beat it."
