A judge ruled in Taylor Swift's favor to keep a photo of a DJ groping the songstress sealed until the case goes to trial. But RadarOnline.com has seen the disturbing photo Swift tried to keep private!

In the picture viewed by RadarOnline.com, DJ David "Jackson" Mueller is seen with his hand behind the 26-year-old's butt while smiling during a meet-and-greet photo op at her June 2013 concert. Swift, who seemed unfazed by the alleged groping, was wearing a short black dress at the time of the incident.

On Friday, the "Wildest Dreams" singer earned a small victory when a Colorado judge accepted her request to seal the photo from the public.

"It is all but assured that the photograph will be shared for scandalous and prurient interests — reasons that have nothing to do with the public's interest in the Court's decision making," Swift's attorneys stated in the court documents.

While the photo was sealed, the judge denied their request to keep all court documents in the suit private.

After Swift's security team accused Mueller of groping her, he filed a defamation lawsuit against the singer in September 2015, claiming she falsely accused him of inappropriately grabbing her at the concert. The allegations forced the DJ to be fired from his job as a radio host.

Swift filed a countersuit in October 2015 for assault and battery.

"Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there," the transcript from the disposition read. "It was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life."

She explained how the incident left her "frantic," "distressed" and "violated."

Swift has promised to donate any funds granted from the suit to "charitable organizations dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard."
