The Obamas are faced with the biggest crisis of their eight years in the White House after yet another shameful incident involving marijuana and their 18-year-old party-girl problem!

The couple's daughter, Malia, was photographed Sept. 4 at a University of Pennsylvania frat house with a giant bong on the table in front of her.

She can be seen wearing the same "Smoking Kills" tee she wore to the Budweiser Made in America Festival in Philadelphia that weekend — a clear reference to her smoking pot at Chicago's Lollapalooza festival in late July.

Malia is currently taking the year off before attending Harvard in 2017.

With all chance of her getting back in the good graces of her father now up in smoke, worried pals are urging Malia to clean up her act with a spell in a rehab clinic — before it's too late!

"Her friends are concerned for her," confided a pal. "Malia has a problem and it's not going to go away without some professional help. Getting the President's daughter into some sort of rehab or educational program is critical and definitely would not be an overreaction."

President Obama, 55, is "tearing his hair out," said a source. "It's just one thing after the other and he doesn't know what to do about it anymore. He's tried to talk sense to her but it seems to do no good. He's just not getting through."

"The president has tried to get Malia to change her ways and not put herself in a position that will further embarrass and humiliate him and her mom," said a second source.

"Even more importantly, he doesn't want her to do anything that could hurt her. But Malia pointed out to her dad that he went through his own wild phase. Right now, she thinks he's acting like the Hypocrite in Chief!"
