Kardashians At War! Kourtney Threatens To Sue Scott Disick Over Potential Tell-All -- What Could He Reveal?

Kourtney Kardashian will go to great lengths to protect her family -- even if it means and is firing off cease and desist letters to those she loves. Now that the 36-year-old reality mother of three has ended her decade-long relationship with baby daddy Scott Disick, a source close to the Kardashian clan tells RadarOnline.com that there are fears that Disick will spill all of the family secrets -- and that Kourtney could sue over it!
“Scott cannot sell her out, so to speak, because Kourtney and Scott have contracts that legally obligate them to secrecy regarding most every detail of their former arrangement,” the Kardashian insider tells RadarOnline.com.
“This was done when Kim hired a private investigator to catch Scott cheating a few years ago,” says the source.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kardashian and Disick, 32 – who are the parents to Mason, 5, Penelope, 2 and six-month old Reign – have had a very tumultuous relationship over Disick’s refusal to stay clean off of drugs and alcohol.
Disick’s struggle with addiction has been a prominent topic on KUWTK and much of his using and infidelity has been caught on camera
However, the source tells RadarOnline.com that he cannot divulge anything about the Kardashian family without being slapped with major lawsuit.
According to the source, Kourtney has told friends that "Scott will not be able to even do a tell all and give information on the family that is not already out there without being subject to extreme counteraction."
