'Pedophile!' Ex-Wife Accuses Jared Fogle Of Sex With 9-Year-Olds In Shocking New Lawsuit
While Jared Fogle serves his more than 15-year prison sentence on child sex and pornography charges, his ex-wife is still fighting for justice.
Kathleen "Katie" McLaughlin filed a scathing lawsuit against her former husband's former employer, Subway, in Indiana court today, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
According to Hamilton Superior Court documents filed today and obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, McLaughlin, formerly known as Katie Fogle, claims the sandwich makers knew about Fogle's "sexual interest and activity with children" more than a decade before his arrest last year.

"As early as 2004, Subway's then Senior Vice President of Marketing received a complaint that Jared had approached a young girl at a promotional event for a Las Vegas Subway franchise for a sex act," McLaughlin claimed in the October 24 documents.
According to the mother of Fogle's two young children, Subway execs simply asked Fogle, 39, about his actions, but failed to talk to the alleged victim.
"A responsible corporation would take immediate action when hearing of this behavior," she slammed.
Four years later, McLaughlin alleged, Fogle told Cheryl Mills, a female Subway franchisee in Florida, that "he really liked them young" and that she should become a prostitute.
In an even more shocking accusation, McLaughlin said Mills told then Subway CEO Jeff Moody "that Jared had had sex with minors from age 9 to 16," the scorned ex-wife continued.

Rather than alert authorities, Moody allegedly told the woman "Please don't tell me any more. Don't worry, he has met someone. She is a teacher and he seems to love her very much, and we think she will keep him grounded."
McLaughlin went on to identify herself as the teacher in question.
In addition, she claimed, Subway promoted Fogle's new status as a "family man" with a series of commercials using McLaughlin and her two children's likeness in 2015.
But the company did not obtain "proper consent" to feature Fogle's wife and kids in the advertisements.
"Subway exploited his family despite knowing of allegations that Jared was a pedophile and failing to properly investigate those allegations," she wrote, adding that both children have suffered "severe emotional distress" as a result.
McLaughlin, represented by Indiana firm Church, Church, Hittle & Antrim, is seeking statutory and treble damages.
She is holding a press conference this afternoon to address her scathing lawsuit.
