Teresa and Joe Giudice's Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star Caroline Manzo is shocked about the indictment scandal that has embroiled the reality show couple this week.

"I can't even wrap my head around it," Caroline sighed to Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen on Sunday night when he asked her about the situation.

"It's unexpected. This is a big deal and I think for us, the housewives, we always comment on trivial things and I think, for me, the Manzo family, our position is going to be just stay quiet because it is just too big and too serious for the peanut gallery."

Caroline, the housewife who helped Teresa mend fences with her brother, Joe Gorga this season, did reveal that she contacted her after hearing the bad news.

"I texted her the day of the indictments," she said. "I did. I just sent a message that I'll keep to myself. And she did respond back--and I'm going to keep that to myself as well. I'm just going to leave it at that."

When asked about former RHONJ star Kim Granatell's critical tweets about Teresa this week, however, Caroline said she feels for the entire Giudice family, particularly Teresa and Joe's four daughters.

"Again, this is nothing to joke about and you've got these four little children and their parents and there comes a time when you just have to grow up and put that aside," Caroline said. "I'm probably going to get the **** knocked out of me on Twitter, sorry Kim G., but that's the way I feel!"

With RHONJ superfan, HBO Veep star Anna Chlumsky, by her side on Cohen's Bravo show on Sunday, Caroline fielded some viewer questions about the housewives.

When asked if she would ever seek Teresa's help with solving her own family feud, with her sister Dina, Caroline was emphatic: "No."

Regarding Teresa's squabble with her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, which has recently been healed, Caroline said, "There have been so many digs in the past three years that I've lost count," and she hopes they can just move on: "I said it before and I'll say it again, I'm not going back there."

Although Teresa asked for Caroline to attend and help out at her family retreat, she later was dismissive of her role, saying the Giudice and Gorgas had made nice by the time she got there. When questioned about that on Watch What Happens Live, however, Caroline wouldn't take potshots at Teresa: "No surprise there. It's all good. As long as everybody's in a happy place, I'm happy. I made a promise and I kept it."

A viewer wanted to know if Caroline's handsome son, Albie Manzo, is romantically unattached, but Caroline played things close to the vest! She said, "I don't know. One day somebody's there, the next day she's not. So I don't ask questions anymore."

Towards the end of the show, Andy previewed next week's RHONJ episode by showing a clip of Gia Giudice confronting her uncle, Joe Gorga, about the two Joes fighting at her christening.
