It looks like actor Jeremy Renner has something to fall back on if the whole A-list movie star thing ever collapses: Real estate.
The talented star of blockbusters such as Mission Impossible – Ghost Protocol and The Hurt Locker has sold a Bel Air estate for $24 million after paying $7 million for the posh property a mere three years ago.
The Avengers hunk, who works with interior designer Kristoffer Winters on his real estate dealings, marketed the six-bedroom, nine-and-a-half bathroom abode as “fit for a 21st century Howard Hughes,” presumably minus the urine bottle collection.
The 10,000 sq. foot home, which sits on two acres of property, was remodeled in the roaring 20’s Art Deco style, and includes garish amenities such five fireplaces, a home theater and ceilings 14-feet high.
