Lady Gaga tweeted a pic of her freshly-inked forearm that reads “ArtPop” Friday, and we’ve got the shot for you right here on RadarOnline.com.
The enigmatic pop phenom wrote “New Ink, New Album,” to her more than 27.8 million followers spurring speculation the phrase would be the title of her upcoming studio album.

The singer earlier said she will shed light on her next album in September. In the meantime, Ms. Meat Dress is getting ready to tour Europe in promotion of her top-selling 2011 record, Born This Way.
