'Teen Mom' Star Adam Lind Gives Up On Custody Fight Amid Nude Photo Scandal

More than a year after he called an all-out war against his baby mama, Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska, for custody of their daughter Aubree, Adam Lind has given up his fight, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

"It's been quiet on that front," a source close to the MTV mom, 24, tells RadarOnline.com. "He knows he has a losing case."

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Lind took Houska to court for joint custody and/or unsupervised visits with his 6-year-old daughter, but the judge quickly shut down his demands in a March 2015 hearing.

He was told he could try again in six months, if the notorious bad boy, 26, avoided trouble with the law.

But when the six months ended in September, Lind failed to make a move — and still hasn't filed papers, sources claim.

"He knows nothing will change," the source explains. "So he doesn't bother."

Of course, he has gotten himself into trouble since the March court date. That April, ex Jessica Nicole filed a restraining order against him, accusing him of choking and hitting her in 2014. (Sources say the order was denied due to insufficient evidence.)

Nearly one year later, the ladies' man, now dating fitness model Stasia Huber, got himself tangled in social media drama when Nicole posted a raunchy nude photo of the former couple.

He also recently went on a racist and homophobic rant against an Instagram follower.

Houska and her family, sources said, were 'disgusted' by his recent behavior.

"As much as he's told people he's changed, he clearly has no control over his anger," an insider told RadarOnline.com. "It shows his true colors."
