It seems as though Adam Lind is all talk!

Though the Teen Mom 2 dad recently vowed to take baby mama Chelsea Houska to court once again for custody of their 6-year-old daughter Aubree, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the MTV bad boy hasn't lifted a finger to start the process.

"Adam hasn't filed papers or anything," a source close to the 24-year-old personal trainer tells RadarOnline.com. "Chelsea still has full custody, and Adam has visits every other weekend, like it's always been."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, a local South Dakota judge knocked down Lind's previous attempt for 50/50 custody

in March, but gave the frequent arrestee the chance to try again in six months.

Now the time has arrived— but despite the grand Instagram announcement, he hasn't made any effort, the source insists.

"Adam is just saying he wants custody again for attention," the insider adds. "He wants to look like a good dad to fans."

A source claims Houska, 24, is still happy with the current arrangement.

"Aubree just started kindergarten, and Chelsea feels that her daughter needs to be comfortable with her new routine before anything else changes," the source explains.

Lind was also fibbing when he bragged about getting custody of his 2-year-old daughter Paislee with ex Taylor Halbur, sources recently told RadarOnline.com.

"He doesn't have 50/50 or full custody," an insider revealed. "Adam just thinks that visitation is custody in some sort of form."
