Baby Bombshell: Kenya Moore Claims She's 'Welcoming A Boy Or A Girl' Later This Year!
April 9 2018, Updated 2:19 p.m. ET
Kenya Moore is going to be a mama!
"Any word of a baby Twirl?" Andy Cohen asked Kenya Moore during the first minutes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion — and she dropped the bombshell news that RadarOnline.com readers already knew!
"We will definitely be welcoming a boy or a girl in... late this year," Moore announced.
NeNe Leakes questioned her, saying: "Are you serious? Don't play with us Kenya," but the star insisted the news was real.
Moore refused to give further details about her pregnancy , telling the RHOA ladies and Cohen, "Oh my God, I said that! I don't want to talk about the details because I'm still very nervous about everything, so I want to get past a safe place."
And she said that she had no preference on gender of the baby. "I want a healthy baby," she just said when asked if she wanted a boy or a girl.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Moore's baby bombshell at the reunion taping was met with heavy skepticism.
"Bravo execs definitely think that Kenya could be faking her baby news to keep her job on the show. She was in so much trouble this season for refusing to share any of her life and the last-minute baby announcement seems like a ploy to stay employed," a show insider dished.
Throughout the episode, Moore battled with the rest of the ladies, and when Marlo Hampton ripped her "fake" marriage, she hit right back.
"You are so worried about my life and my husband. Maybe if you stopped f**king everyone else's husband you could get one of your own."
And she threw shade at Sheree Whitfield too.
"I would rather my man have a piercing than handcuffs," she slammed.
Even Cynthia Bailey was a target. Moore said the reason she didn't tell her pal about her secret wedding (two weeks before filming started, as Cohen pointed out) was because she didn't trust her not to leak the news.
"I am hurt you think that," replied Bailey.
Cohen then asked Moore her how the marriage was going.
"Kenya, it was jarring to me to see you crying and saying that you might get divorce," he said.
"I felt like it was a lot of pressure, it was not a good time. Now we are at a place where I am the happiest I've ever been in in my whole life."
But Cohen told her that her husband told his "colleagues" that "he thinks this show is a bad representation of black women," and Moore had no response.
At the same time, Porsha Williams revealed that she was dating someone and hoped to get married by the end of the year!
She and Kandi Burruss continued to fight but the epic battle between Leakes and Kim Zolciak remained subdued — for now!
