Did Kailyn Know? Lowry Confesses Marital Troubles To Ex Jo Months Before Divorce

Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin's divorce was months in the making. In a Teen Mom 2 sneak peek, the mother-of-two reveals her marital troubles to her ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera.

After a rocky co-parenting relationship over the years, Lowry and Rivera discuss how they want to avoid "regressing back to fighting."

But Rivera revealed how Marroquin may be the reason the couples have been unable to consistently get along.

"I don't want to say he's the problem," Rivera told his ex. "But for a long time I wanted to bring him in on this so we're all good as a group."

Lowry, who shares son Isaac, 6, with Rivera and son Lincoln, 2, with Marroquin, then confided in her ex amid her marital troubles with her husband.

"Javi and I have been dealing with some stuff while he's been deployed and it's been way harder than I ever anticipated," she told Rivera. "It makes me nervous for a lot of things, not just our situation, Javi is going to have to deal with us all being on good terms, but just everything in general."

Lowry, 24, confirmed her split from Marroquin on May 24.

"Yeah, it's true," she told Daily Mail of the divorce rumors. "We're trying to do the best we can for our kids because they are what really matters."

The news comes after years of marital issues for the couple. Their latest struggle was when Lowry suffered a miscarriage only weeks before her husband was deployed by the Air Force in January.
