Getting Nasty! Gavin Rossdale Demands Multi-Million-Dollar Divorce Payout From Gwen Stefani — Inside Their Battle
So much for an amicable split! Just over six weeks after Gwen Stefani filed for divorce from Gavin Rossdale, RadarOnline.com has learned the tension is at an all-time breaking point -- as Rossdale demands half of her fortune!
As RadarOnline.com reported, the rock royalty couple did not have a prenup. And now, an insider says Stefani is seriously regretting that decision.
"Gavin is now demanding more than half of her fortune," an insider told RadarOnline.com. "He has complained that while Gwen was launching her successful clothing line, continuing her music career, and expanding her brand by appearing as a judge on The Voice, he stayed home with their sons," Kingston, 9, Zuma, 6, and Apollo, 1.
According to the insider, "Gavin is even threatening to go to trial if he isn't given a chunk of Gwen's fortune. And he will ask for child and spousal support as well."
"Gwen is furious because at the outset of the divorce, Gavin said he wouldn't go after her money," the source is continued. "She is just kicking herself for not getting a prenup."
The "No Doubt" singer's fortune is estimated to be worth $120 million, and Gavin's is just a fraction of that at $20 million.

As the divorce drama continues, Stefani, 45, has complained to friends that "all Gavin does is play tennis and hang out with their former nanny," the source added.
Recently, Rossdale, 49, moved out of the family mansion in Beverly Hills, and is now living in a Bel Air bachelor pad.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the 3,751 square foot home has a beautiful view of the city and even has a guest house if his ex-wife decides she wants to spend the night.
The house also features four bedrooms, which will give each one of his three sons – Kingston, Zuma and Apollo – their own room.
Meanwhile, the source added, "Gwen isn't just going to hand over a huge check to Gavin...She has worked very hard for her money and won't go down without a fight!"
