Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have shared the same roof for the past 13 years. But after their recent divorce announcement, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the 49-year-old Bush frontman has moved out of the family home and into a Bel Air bachelor pad. Click through these 11 photos of the rocker's stunning new retreat and see why he may have his fairytale ending after all.
Rossdale will need all of the tranquility he can get! After getting a divorce from the mother of his three sons, Stefani, the rocker will have plenty of space to think about what led to the separation.
Built in 1962 and designed by a famous architect, the house is worth more than $6.3 million dollars.
The 3,751 square foot home has a beautiful view of the city and even has a guest house if his ex-wife decides she wants to spend the night.
Overlooking the Hollywood hills, the home sits on over an acre of land.
The glass-sided bathrooms of single-story mid-century mansion will not give Rossdale much privacy.
This is more of a walk-in room than a walk-in closet! Rossdale will for sure utilize the closet space for his and his three sons' wardrobes.
The house also features four bedrooms, which will give each one of his three sons – Kingston, Zuma and Apollo – their own room.
The entire house is done in white.
This resort-style swimming pool with cabana will be perfect for Rossdale's hot summer nights – alone!
The peace and quiet that this large home provides will be perfect for Rossdale's busy life when he travels down the hills.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, although Rossdale and Stefani have decided to divorce, they are going to remain partners in raising their sons together.
