Bristol Palin's Ex Dakota Slams Their Toxic Marriage: 'It Was A Prison Sentence!'
Oct. 17 2018, Updated 4:12 p.m. ET
Marriages are falling apart on this week's Teen Mom OG. Bristol Palin and Dakota Meyer continued to fight on the episode, as he called their marriage a prison sentence!
While Bristol Palin was in Los Angeles to see her son Tripp perform on Dancing with the Stars: Juniors, she explained how she has been communicating with Meyer through their lawyers. But when he called her to find out when she's returning home, she wasn't happy.
"We have made it known this won't affect my schedule with the girls and you couldn't use it against me," she said. "We agreed I would stay in the house. My lawyer sent you a letter the other day, please don't touch my stuff. As soon as I find another house, I'm gone like the wind. There is no need for us to fight. I'll be there. I'm a great mom and I'll continue to be a great mom. I'll be there in a couple of days."
Meyer then told a producer, "Have I ever insinuated she's a bad mother? Do you see what I have to deal with? Unfortunately communicating about the children has to be this exhausting."
Meyer then said, "The last two weeks I've been the happiest I've ever been since 2015. How someone would feel like if they got out of a life sentence for prison! I haven't seen her. We both need our space. I took her bed out of the master. I set everything up for her. I want her to have her own space. Nothing good is going to come from us being in the same place."
But Palin wasn't happy when she saw that Meyer had moved her belongings, as she broke down crying.
"I'm disappointed that's how he wants to be," she told a producer. "I don't blame him for not wanting to be around me. It's complete bulls**t that my stuff is moved. In our divorce I didn't ask for anything. All I asked for was the money I put into this house. That's petty."
Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra continued to struggle with their marriage on this week's episode.
While out with friends, Baltierra explained how he has "changed" after Lowell's back-to-back rehab stints.
"There are things I realized when you were gone," Baltierra said. "I feel like I'm not too happy right now. I feel pretty miserable. When does it ever turn around like 'Cate, I need you to do this for me.' When is it ever 50/50? If you can meet those needs, awesome, if not let me know now because I don't want to waste any time. Get me out of here. Marriage is a b***h!"
Also on the episode, Amber Portwood's baby daddy Gary Shirley hired a private investigator to find his biological father.
"I want to get to know him," Shirley said. "Let him know I'm here. If he wants to have a relationship, that would be nice. I went 30 years without knowing who my dad is."
As for Maci Bookout, she opened up about her advocacy work to bring awareness to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, which is a condition she suffers from.
"It's frustrating there is no cure for this so I have been looking into advocacy work to bring awareness to this disease," she explained. She then flew to Washington D.C. to give a speech to help pass a bill to make September PCOS awareness month.
And finally, Cheyenne Floyd fought with her boyfriend Zach at her family's barbecue. She accused his friend of waving a bottle in her face and being disrespectful.
"You should trust me that I have your back as your boyfriend," he told her after the party. "You didn't see me walk up to him and tell him to get the f**k out. I'm here for you. I don't want you to think I had his back before I had yours. I just don't like to handle things dramatically."
Teen Mom OG airs Mondays at 9/8c on MTV.
