The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her music producer husband sold their stunning Malibu mansion for $19.45 million.
The gorgeous spread was originally listed for a whopping $23.5 million.

Yolanda has been very open about her struggles with Lyme disease, and she recently revealed that two of her children, Bella and Anwar, were also diagnosed with the same illness.
David said the perhaps the family all contracted the disease from their animals. "They all were around horses their whole lives," he told HuffPost Live. "They're all equestrians, and they know now that Lyme is transmitted by horse flies as well as deer ticks, so it's possible that they got it by hanging around horses. We don't know."
"Watching my babies struggle in silence in order to support me and my journey struck the deepest chord of hopelessness inside of me, and it's because of them that I'm motivated to stand here in front of you today," Yolanda said at the Global Lyme Alliance Gala in NYC.
"Colorful memories of Love, Life and Family will live within our hearts forever… #SaluteToMalibuMagic #ByeByeHomeSweetHome #OverAndOut."
"This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years, I just don't have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible," she said when they first listed the property in 2014.
The multi-million dollar property sits on a cliff on the Pacific Coast Highway and boasts unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.
The Fosters' home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms!
The 11,622 sq. ft. home is a European Villa styled mansion with an open floor plan throughout.
Yolanda detailed what extreme measures she has taken in order to alter her life in order to fight her diagnosis. "#NoMoreImplants #NoMoreBotox #NoMoreExstensions #NoMoreHighlights #NoMoreNailPolish #ToxicFree #MyHealthJourney #SearchingForACure."
"She's going to beat the disease," David said about his wife.
David vowed to do whatever he could to help his wife find a cure for her disease and RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that he spent more than $500,000 on her medical bills.
"The experimental treatments aren't covered by Yolanda's medical insurance and require travel out of the United States, typically to Asia," an insider told RadarOnline.com.
But money is no object to the wealthy music producer. "There is a lot of pressure on David both financially and emotionally as he watches Yolanda truly struggle with this," a source explained.
The show must go on. Yolanda was back at work filming the next season of 'RHOBH' with a cast trip to Dubai shortly before the news broke that her house sold.
Cat claws were out! "She was beyond hurt after finding out that some of the ladies were asking a lot of questions and even suggesting that she didn't even have it," a source told RadarOnline.com.
