The friends and family of designer Misha Nonoo and oil tycoon Michael "Mikey" Hess gathered in Rome to celebrate their nuptials during a celebrity-packed ceremony.
There's an important reason why the Duchess of Sussex made time in her busy schedule to attend Nonoo's wedding.
“Misha helped introduce Harry to Meghan and the two women are the best of friends,” a source close to the royals told The Sun. “Meghan wasn’t going to miss her wedding for the world.”
According to the source, Markle, 38, and 35-year-old Harry left their newborn Archie at home. They will reportedly return to London on Saturday to pick him up and prepare for the tot's first Royal tour in South Africa on Monday.
A friend of Perry had noted that “Katy wants this gigantic, elaborate wedding and wants it to be a huge production" with “a massive guest list and a reception at a super fancy and expensive venue."
Orlando, on the other hand, desires the complete opposite for their big day.
