After Joan Rivers' death, the Zendaya drama, and Kelly Osbourne's sudden departure, Kathy Griffin admits she "probably shouldn't have" ever signed on to Fashion Police in the first place.
"I just don't think that it's really what I do," she confessed to Stern on SiriusXM radio Monday. "I think that Joan was the master of the one-liners and the zingers. I probably shouldn't have taken the gig."
Griffin followed in the footsteps of Kelly Osbourne and announced she'd be leaving the show after only seven episodes.
However, the 54-year-old believes the two co-hosts left for very different reasons.

"Kelly has her own voice," Griffin shared. "I was a little surprised by that, because it was an up and 'I'm outta here.' She was pals with Zendaya, so she felt like, I think, she was just sticking up for her pal."
When asked if she thought Osbourne was using the Zendaya scandal as an excuse to leave, Griffin said: "I do kind of get that feeling."
Griffin also described the environment of Fashion Police as a "leaky boat." She claimed it seemed like sources close to her "were constantly calling ... RadarOnline."
"I've never worked on a show with so many leaks, it seems like people, sources say, were constantly calling…RadarOnline, and…I've never done that, I never would. It's a leaky boat over there," she explained.
Though Griffin denies any ill will with Osbourne, there's no doubt there was plenty of icy behavior on that set! It's no wonder the network insiders are reportedly pushing to have the show cancelled.
