With red marks all over his arms and hands, the 31-year-old admitted addict, who appeared on Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew in 2010 for heroin abuse, left Beverly Hills' Mickey Fine Pharmacy with a big bag full of prescriptions.

The socialite and onetime pal of Paris Hilton has been living at the run-down Royal Santa Monica Motel with a revolving cast of characters, sources tell RadarOnline.com. "They roam the streets around here and act shady, they're not a good crowd and most other people from the area avoid them," a neighbor claimed.

Though Davis claimed to be sober after Celebrity Rehab, he was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in 2011, and RadarOnline.com even caught him on camera shooting heroin into his foot the following year.

The heir's mother, Nancy Davis, told RadarOnline.com in 2010 that her son was "an addict." Sources said his father, Nebil Zarif, has repeatedly begged for him to get help.

Davis' famous brother, Brandon, has also struggled with legal and substance abuse issues. Mischa Barton's ex, who has been to rehab several times, was arrested for felony drug possession in April 2011. Four years later, he was arrested for driving under the influence in a terrifying car wreck.
