Jackson and her husband attended the Armani 40th anniversary dinner at Nobu in Milan, Italy, on Wednesday night in a rare appearance after not being seen in public for almost two months.
The 48-year-old youngest sibling of the late Michael Jackson looked beautiful, but looked more like her plastic fantastic older sister LaToya than ever before.
According to celebrity aesthetic specialist Zara Harutyunyan, D.O.M., R.N., with Cosmetic Rejuvenation, "Janet Jackson definitely appears to have had a nose job, or two, to narrow it up and refine the tip."
"It looks like she may have had cheek implants recently as well," Harutyunyan, who has not treated Jackson, tells Radar.
"When you look at old pictures of Janet compared to now, her cheeks look like they are hanging over on themselves! That is never a good look," she adds.
As if that weren't enough, the Cosmetic Rejuvenation doctor also believes that Jackson has also possibly "undergone an eyelid surgery to open up her eyes more."
"They used to be less round when she was younger," she claims.
Meanwhile top celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has also not treated Jackson, agrees that she has altered her looks. He tells Radar, "It's definitely possible that she's had her nose thinned by a Rhinoplasty. I suspect that this isn't her first nose job either."
"She should hold off on any more surgery," says Dr. Youn.
"Janet is such a natural beauty that she doesn't need to go under the knife," he adds.
